Job Description
- Preparing budgets and monitoring performance against the budgets
- Carrying out audits at the client's site
- Identifying issues for discussion with the manager
- Drafting reports to the management
- Providing supervision, counseling and on-the-job coaching promptly to service staff, helping them to understand the objectives and implications of their work and its documentation
- Reviewing work papers prepared by the service staff, following up the clearance of review questions and evaluating the sufficient and appropriateness of the evidence obtained
- Making suggestions for improving the service.
