Kudos International Network is an accounting and auditing network and member of FORUM OF FIRMS.

FORUM OF FIRMS (http://www.ifac.org/about-ifac/forum-firms-and-transnational-auditors-committee) is an association of international networks of accounting firms performing audits of financial statements used across borders. The Forum’s objective is to promote consistent and high-quality standards of financial reporting and auditing practices worldwide.

The Forum’s membership obligations require that members:

• - Maintain appropriate quality control standards in accordance with International Standards on Quality Control issued by the IAASB in addition to relevant national quality control standards.
• - Conduct regular globally coordinated internal quality control assurance reviews.
• - Have policies and methodologies for conduct of transnational audits based on ISAs.
• - Have policies and methodologies which confirm to the IESBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants and national code of ethics.
